Eighth Grade Graduation Invitation

The purpose of the Indiana Reading Evaluation And Determination (IREAD-3) assessment is to measure foundational reading standards through grade three. Based on the Indiana Academic Standards, IREAD-3 is a summative assessment that was developed in accordance with Public Law 109 which "requires the evaluation of reading skills for students who are in grade three beginning in the Spring of 2012 to ensure that all students can read proficiently before moving on to grade four."

Through upcoming technology and tech training in South Gibson School Corporation, Haubstadt Community School has high expectations for the students and staff. We envision highly motivated students reaching their full potential through hard work with a highly enthusiastic staff. Through our character education, we will promote character and responsible citizenship while fostering the safety of all students. With parental involvement, our vision is to increase student achievement for every student at Haubstadt Community School with ongoing emphasis on reading and writing.
